Jumper coupler

The jumper coupler is formed from a plug receptacle, a plug, and a jumper cable, and is a tool for electrically connecting between one railway car and another via the jumper cable. In addition to the control circuits and electrical power circuits that drive the railway car, it can also be used for security, signal, and service circuits, etc.

  • Perfectly waterproof arc lock type coupler for 27 to 96-wire low-voltage circuits.
  • Compatible with 0.75 to 5.5 mm2 single-wire cable and composite cable. (Including shield wire)
  • In particular, it has much performance in railway car control circuit spanning between railway cars in severe environments.
  • The contact area structure is a butt type (fixed side flat, concave, and movable side spherical), for high contact pressure and guarantee of detaching and attaching up to 500 times.
